July 11, 2024- Just the Tip- Herbal Basics 6p- some herbalism basics. Learn about different ways to make your own medicines. Tinctures, flower essences and oxymols. This is an overview level beginners course.
July 21, 2024- WAP- Herbs for Women across the lifespan- Special Womb Circle Edition- Full Moon 5p We will explore herbs for women across the Lifespan and participate in some womb connection. We will share stories and recipes.
July 25, 2024- Hot Girls be TIRED!!!! Herbal Rest support 6p Explore herbs and recipes to support rest. Teas, tinctures and baths!
August 4, 2024- Nevin Park- We outchea- City Girls foraging in Nevin Park- Sound bath 4p We will explore the naturally occuring wild medicine at Nevin park. We will practice more foraging, make more medicines and end our time with a sound bath.
August 8, 2024- Hot Girls go through hard Ish- navigating Grief and trauma 6p We will explore herbs and somatic practices to support navigating grief and trauma.
August 18, 2024- Herbal Glitter- elixirs, syrups and mixers- Backyard tea party It's our last party! Wear your favorite tea party attire and join us for a backyard tea party! We will explore making elixirs, syrups and mixers for drinks, baking and more!
