  • 1 free  30 minute consultation

  • (2)  virtual visits visits

  • Birth Plan guidance and support

  • Lactation planning and support 

  • Full Spectrum Doula Support

  • unlimited phone and email support throughout your entire pregnancy

  • Continuous labor and birth support from the time You decide you need me

  • 1 week on call before due date ( if you have a preterm birth every effort will be made to support you during that time as well)

  • 1 week on call after delivery

  • Full  Virtual delivery support

  • Early breastfeeding and postpartum support (1-2 hours after birth)

  • (1) postpartum home visit

  • Continued phone and text support up to 4 weeks postpartum

  • Postpartum Gift Box
